  • Items with proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Items NOT Eligible for Return:

  • Worn or used shoes (even if tried on outdoors)
  • Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Sale items marked as "Final Sale"

Important Note About Our Distressed Style

Our shoes are intentionally crafted with a worn, vintage appearance. The distressed look, scuffs, and weathered details are part of the design and not defects. Please consider this styling when making your purchase.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Step 3: Receive your return authorization and prepaid shipping label
  • Step 4: Pack the item securely in its original packaging

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 2-3 business days
  • If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

Refund Amount:

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item for a different size or style:

Defective or Incorrect Items
